I'm still alive!

Yes! I am still around..well I think. Just wanted to check in and let you all know what I been up to.....NOTHING! Hahaha. No really. Not a thing. My days are pretty much the same across the board. I wake up, eat, clean and then off to work. Days off are spent usually with my Mom, and the Mr.

Well are planning a trip to Chicago. Our friends are going and they asked us to go with us. We both really need a vacation, so we said yes. June 6th through the 12th! Hopefully I will stop being so lazy with this blog and I will update you on how the trip went...don't hold you breath though. :(

Uh...what other stuff to tell you about? Work still is sucking. Wal-Mart, as big of a company as they are...they should be ashamed at how crappy they treat their employee's. Seriously. I'm sick of going into work and having to cover 3 different depts. I'm sick of them giving me 8 projects to do, and still expecting me to do zoning and returns and stocking. Its crazy! And I surely don't get paid enough. Needless to say I'm looking for another job. So..if anyone knows anyone hiring in the dayton area, let me know! :)

I guess that's it for right now. BTW the color on my nails is Towel Boy Toy from the China Glaze Pool Side collection. I'm loving the brightness of it!

MIA

Whoa! Where have I been lately? Ummmm. I don't really have any good reason. I mean I could make something up...but I will spare you all.

The nail polish rack I am loving! It hold 90. I am sure it will take me a while to fill up. Even though my husband disagree's with me. LoL. I know nail polishes rack's can be expensive, but they are well worth the money in my opinion. It puts everything at your finger tips.
I also have reorganized my makeup. It has made it so much easier. I plan to take pictures but right now Matt is sleeping so it will have to wait. But in doing this I discovered how much makeup I have. I knew I had a lot...but really surprised me at how much I do. I wish I could say it will make me think twice about buying more. But I doubt it will. Especially with the MAC collections coming up. I can't wait!

Olympic's. Me and the Mr. usually only watch the summer Olympic's. But have caught a couple events here lately and actually enjoying it. Among some of then are Curling and figure skating. I also liked this downhill skiing thing I saw. It was really awesome looking! I would most likely break my neck though. Did you all catch any of the events? What were your favorites?

Hubby and I just got over food poisoning. It was the worst day and half ever. I had never felt so weak in my life. If I wasn't in the bathroom, he was. Needless, to say we will not be going back to the restaurant again. It was a pizza place, and now pizza sounds disgusting no matter who or where its from. It use to be my favorite food too! Well, if I can't get over it, at least I might lose some weight!

Dr. Michelle COPELAND skin care

So I got a sample of the Daily moisturizer with SPF 30 today. I was pleasantly surprised. I always try to use a moisturizer with SPF because I think preventage is the key. But I hate the feeling of sunscreen on my face. I have tried so many that are greasy and oily. Since I have sensitive skin I need to be careful with it irritating my skin. I tried the moisturizer and it feels like butter! But in a good way. I like the thickness of it. But as soon as it touches your skin its like a drink of water for your skin. I also think the finish makes a good primer for your makeup. It fills in all my pores. I am going to try it out for the next week to make sure I don't break out from it, but I have a feeling it will be great results!

Lipstick

I have never been a girl who likes lipstick. I have always been a lip gloss, balm and chap stick person. I guess I always assumed lipstick with the old lady with bright red lipstick.

But all this has changed. I was at my Wal-Mart the other night and wondered over to the Hard Candy makeup. Nothing really caught my eye..until I saw it. Its a lipstick called Fire Alarm. I don't get the name. When I think of fire alarm bright red comes to mind. The color of this lipstick is nude-ish. It gorgeous. I love it. I tried it first thing when I got home. Its great. Since I usually go darker with the eyes, it will be a good compliment to my look.

I am really into the whole nude-ish lipstick. I just placed a order on mac.com. (Being snowed in I had to be productive. LoL) One of the items I got is Myth lipstick. I can't wait to get it.
